KAYLEIGH
Human Resources Manager
I have over a decade of experience in Human Resources , this includes my level 5, and I am currently working towards my level 7 in leadership and strategic management. Mostyn Lodge has a special place in my heart, it was originally owned by my Grandfather, so it is important to us to keep that family feel. In my free time you will find me in the gym weightlifting or find me on my next great city break. I have two children to keep me busy on the other days!

NICHOLAS
Registered Manager
I am the registered Home Manager at Mostyn Lodge, a role I've proudly held for the past three years. With over 15 years' experience in the care industry, I specialise in supporting individuals with behaviors that challenge, dementia and learning disabilities. I'm passionate about fostering a warm, family-focused environment, and I take great pride in being hands on and approachable, something our residents and their families appreciate. What makes Mostyn Lodge special to me is the genuine sense of community shared among our team, the welcoming atmosphere of the home and the close relationships we build with each resident. I'm a keen reader and am always looking for new ways to develop my skills and grow both personally and professionally. Outside of work, I cherish spending quality time with my Wife, Children and family and exploring new places through travel.

MEG
Care Assistant
I’m Megan, but I'm known fondly as Meg. For over six years, I’ve been a dedicated member of the Mostyn Lodge family, and I wouldn’t dream of working anywhere else. Caring for our residents is more than just a job—it’s my passion. I love helping them feel like their best selves, whether I’m pampering them with beauty treatments, styling their hair, or simply joining in their favourite activities. My goal is always to create an uplifting atmosphere filled with warmth, energy, and empathy. Outside of work, I’m an adventurer at heart. I love traveling the world with my partner and family, always seeking new experiences and making unforgettable memories together.

BEV
Team Leader
I'm Beverley, though most people affectionately call me Bev. As the dedicated Team Leader at Mostyn Lodge, I’ve spent over seven years fostering a warm, supportive environment for both residents and colleagues. My background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities has given me deep insight and compassion, shaping the way I approach care with understanding and empathy. Communication is at the heart of what I do, and I take pride in being someone people can rely on. Every day is an opportunity to learn, grow, and strengthen the genuine connections I share with my team, our wonderful residents, and everyone who walks through our doors. Outside of work, family means everything to me. I cherish time spent with my children, grandchildren, and my partner, and there's nothing quite like escaping to our holiday home in Devon for a relaxing getaway.

LISA
Care Assistant
I’m Lisa, a dedicated care assistant and the much-loved hairdresser and stylist at Mostyn Lodge. For over seven years, I’ve been honored to be a part of this wonderful team, bringing warmth, laughter, and a personal touch to everything I do. My contagious laugh and boundless energy help create an uplifting environment where residents feel encouraged to join in activities that spark joy and make lasting memories. Whether I’m styling hair or leading an afternoon of fun, I love helping people feel their best. Outside of work, family time is my greatest treasure. Whether I’m exploring new places with my children and my partner or cooking up something delicious at home, I always cherish those special moments. I’m also a proud dog mum to Luna—our playful walks together are one of my favorite ways to unwind.

BINOY
Care Assistant
I’m Binoy, though many at Mostyn Lodge fondly know me as Thomas. With a year of service here and a wealth of experience in other homes before this, I take great pride in providing compassionate, dedicated care. Building strong connections with residents is at the heart of what I do, and I cherish the relationships I’ve formed with them.
Outside of work, my greatest joy is spending time with my wife (Princy)and our three young children. Whether we’re sharing laughter at home or making special memories together, family means everything to me.
PRINCY
Care Assistant
I’m Princy, and I’ve been part of the Mostyn Lodge team for a year now. Before this, I worked as a team leader in a care home, bringing with me a strong foundation in leadership and compassionate care. No matter the situation, I thrive under pressure and always approach my work with warmth and dedication.
Outside of work, life is wonderfully busy. As a devoted wife to (Binoy) and a proud mum to three energetic boys, my days are filled with love, laughter, and nonstop activity—just the way I like it.

I’m Akhil, a motivated young man who chose to work in care because I deeply value helping others and making a positive difference in their lives. Being a care assistant at Mostyn Lodge is incredibly rewarding, as it allows me to provide essential support and compassion to those who need it most. Every day, I take pride in fostering meaningful connections with residents, ensuring they feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. Whether assisting with daily routines, offering a listening ear, or simply sharing a moment of laughter, I believe that kindness and empathy can make a real impact. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring new places, and learning new skills that help me grow both personally and professionally. LYRA
Care Assistant
I’m Lyra, a whirlwind of knowledge shaped by years of experience in care. My approach is entirely person-centered—I take the time to understand and connect with each resident, ensuring they feel valued, comfortable, and truly at home. With a naturally calm and loving nature, I strive to create a warm, supportive atmosphere where everyone feels cared for. Beyond my dedication to care, I’m also Mostyn Lodge’s karaoke wizard! Music has a wonderful way of bringing people together, and I love seeing the joy and laughter it sparks among residents. Whether it’s a classic tune or an all-out sing-along session, these moments of fun and connection are some of my favorite parts of the day. Outside of work, life is beautifully busy. I’m a devoted wife and proud mum to two young daughters, and family time means everything to me. Whether we’re making memories together, exploring new interests, or simply enjoying the little moments, I cherish every bit of it.
SOPHIE
Care Assistant
I’m Sophie, and I’ve been a care assistant at Mostyn Lodge for just over a year. Working alongside such a dedicated team and building strong connections with our residents fills me with pride—I love being part of a home where compassion and support are at the heart of everything we do. Each day brings meaningful moments, whether it’s offering comfort, sharing a laugh, or simply being there for someone who needs a friendly face. I take great joy in making a positive difference and ensuring that our residents feel cared for and valued. Outside of work, my world revolves around my partner, family, and my beloved dog, Obi. Whether I’m spending quality time with loved ones or heading out for peaceful walks with Obi, those moments of connection and relaxation are truly special to me.

I’m Willow, a dedicated care assistant on the night team at Mostyn Lodge. I truly love people and take great joy in forming meaningful connections with residents, ensuring they feel comforted, supported, and valued—especially during the quieter hours. Making a positive impact in their lives is what drives me every day. Creativity is a big part of who I am. Whether I’m singing or painting, I find happiness in bringing warmth and energy to those around me. I believe that art and music can uplift spirits and create beautiful moments of connection. I’m also working toward my Level 3 Diploma in Care, always striving to expand my knowledge and grow in my role. Learning allows me to provide the best care possible and continue making a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

I’m Pavitha, a proud member of the night team at Mostyn Lodge. With a gentle nature and a calm presence, I strive to bring empathy and compassion to every interaction—qualities that come naturally to me. I believe that even the smallest gestures of care can make a meaningful difference, especially during the quiet hours when residents need reassurance the most. Outside of work, I find joy and balance in spending quality time with my family. Those precious moments are what keep me grounded and inspired to continue giving my best each and every night.

I’m Jeevitha, and I’m proud to be part of the dedicated night team at Mostyn Lodge. I bring a quiet strength and a naturally caring approach to my role, always making sure our residents feel safe, respected, and comforted through the night. My compassion and empathy come from the heart—I believe that true care is shown in the small, thoughtful moments.
Supporting people during the night hours requires calm, patience, and understanding, and I’m grateful for the trust placed in me by both residents and colleagues. I take great pride in being someone they can count on.
When I’m not at work, my heart is with my family. Spending meaningful time with them helps me stay grounded and reminds me why I do what I do. Family life keeps me busy, balanced, and always smiling.

LUCY
Care Assistant (night team)
I’m Lucy, and I’ve been a care assistant on the night team at Mostyn Lodge for the past two years. I find real purpose in supporting our residents during the quiet hours—being a calm, reliable presence when they need it most. It’s a role that requires attentiveness, compassion, and patience, and I take great pride in offering all three.
Caring for others has always been close to my heart, and I love being part of a team that shares that same dedication. Every shift is an opportunity to make someone feel seen, safe, and supported.
Outside of work, life is full and lively thanks to my young daughter, who keeps me on my toes and fills my world with energy and joy. Whether we’re having little adventures or enjoying simple moments together, she’s the heartbeat of everything I do.

I’m Terri, a care assistant on the night team at Mostyn Lodge. I feel incredibly proud to be part of a role that allows me to support our residents during the quieter hours, offering reassurance, kindness, and consistent care when they need it most. It’s a privilege to help create a peaceful, comforting environment through the night.
Working alongside such a committed team brings a sense of purpose, and I find great reward in building trust with both residents and colleagues. For me, it’s all about being present, attentive, and making a positive difference in someone’s day even if that day happens to be in the middle of the night.
Outside of work, family is everything to me. I treasure spending time with my two wonderful daughters, whether it’s a quiet evening in or quality time out and about making memories together. They’re the heart of my world and keep me smiling no matter what.
